About this role
Production Technician supports the Geneva facility by operating and maintaining equipment onFruit by the Foot and Gushers lines, with emphasis on startup, changeover, calibration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage equipment ownership and maintenance
- Calibrate processing and packaging systems
- Participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown of equipment
- Lead continuous improvement activities
- Train/coach new employees
Technical Overview
Involves equipment ownership across processing and packaging lines, calibration, troubleshooting, and working with DMS and DDS to drive efficiency and leadership development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically minded production technician with 0-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, capable of equipment ownership and leading process improvements in a 12-hour shift setting.
