IT Desktop Support Specialist provides on-site technical support for end-user devices in a Miami, FL environment, handling MACD tasks, MDM platforms, and asset management while ensuring security clearance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- monitor ticket systems and complete basic requests
- perform IMAC tasks
- provide on-site support and respond to queries
- support desktop services team with basic requests
- complete tasks as requested by supervisor
