Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager leads technical teams, oversees project execution, and ensures alignment of technical solutions with business objectives across Strategic Resourcing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technical initiatives
- Provide regular reporting to external and internal clients on project status, consultant utilization, open roles, change orders/POs, and invoicing
