Senior Plant System Engineer to drive strategy and implementation of manufacturing systems in J&J's therapeutic development pilot plants, focusing on MES, PI Historian, and Seeq.

['Design & Implement Software Solutions : Define future state plant systems landscape for the TDS pilot plants (MES, PI and Seeq)', 'Data Lifecycle Management : Ensure end-to-end data processes from collection to analysis (MES, PI, Seeq)', 'Collaborate with Scientific Experts : Partner with scientists, engineers, and IT to optimize manufacturing systems', 'Vendor Management : Manage relationships with vendors of lab, manufacturing, and data analytics systems', 'Regulatory, Audit & SOP Management Support : Represent user requirements during upgrades, validations, and regulatory inspections; SOP lifecycle management']

Technical Overview

Responsible for future state plant systems landscape (MES, PI, Seeq), data lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, R&D, and manufacturing.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior plant systems engineer with 6+ years pharma/biotech experience, hands-on MES (Korber PAS-X), AVEVA PI Historian, and Seeq experience, capable of leading digital manufacturing system implementations in pilot plants.
