IT Project Manager I responsible for planning and delivering low-to-medium complexity store technology projects, establishing governance, and coordinating IT and business stakeholders as part of Ross Stores' hybrid workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages project and workstream plans
- Plans and leads scope & requirements discussions
- Manages requirements and verification
- Coordinates with IT Contracts and vendors
- Delivers reports and presentations to stakeholders
Technical Overview
Strong emphasis on project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid), PMO tools (OnePlan, Primavera, Planview), and retail technology know-how (POS systems).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT project manager with 5+ years of experience delivering mid-to-large scale retail technology projects, adept at governance, stakeholder management, and hybrid (waterfall/Agile) delivery.
