About this role
The Mental Health Tech functions as part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care and supervision to patients across ages, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role supports behavioral health assessment, safety, and group/ family therapy activities.

The ideal candidate is a mental health technician with an associate degree in a related field and 1-2 years of behavioral health experience, capable of supervising patients and supporting the treatment team in a hospital/behavioral health setting.
