Contract Specialist for AWS Sales, Marketing Operations, and Legal; drafts and reviews SOWs, identifies process improvements, and coordinates cross-functional teams to meet legal and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Own the SOW process, drafting/reviewing SOWs; gather approvals; communicate with Sales/Legal/Operations; recruit/train other Contract Specialists; create SOPs; drive continuous process improvement

Technical Overview

Legal/commercial contract scope with emphasis on SOWs, licensing, and process optimization; uses Excel for reporting and tracking.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a contract specialist with experience drafting and reviewing SOWs in a technology environment; strong MS Excel skills and ability to coordinate across Sales, Legal, and Operations in a high-growth AWS context.
