Key Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of complex partnership engagements including budgets and planning, due diligence, contract negotiations, and payment processing
- Ensure records are updated in budgets databases and expense systems
- Plan, organize, and execute partner events with vendors and sponsors
- Develop and manage event budgets; coordinate with marketing and communications
- Oversee event logistics, site selection, setup/breakdown, volunteers, and post-event feedback
