About this role

Year-round IT Co-op responsible for supporting multiple concurrent technology projects, including maintaining Jira artifacts, creating test cases, and consolidating data across sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining user stories, RICEs and RAIDs in Jira
  • Help ensure that project documents are up-to-date and organized
  • Support the team in conducting research, gathering data, and performing tasks
  • Assist in system testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and results
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling project related meetings

Technical Overview

Hands-on support in IT/project coordination with emphasis on data tasks, SQL usage, and testing activities within a corporate environment.

Ideal Candidate

Rising junior or senior IT or business student with basic SQL knowledge, strong organization, and a desire to gain hands-on project support experience within IT and business analysis.
