Provides first-level desktop support for IOA employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining end-user productivity with on-site IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support (80%): First-level support via phone for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware
- Software Troubleshooting: OS, Microsoft Office
- Hardware Setup: New hardware/software deployment
- Help Desk Management: Ticketing and documentation
- Issue Escalation: Collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems
