Sr. Manager to lead the enterprise ServiceNow development, implementation, and support teams across ITSM, CMDB, and related modules, with a focus on governance, upgrades, and analytics.

  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across modules
  • Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrations, and custom app development

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow professional with 8+ years of hands-on experience, strong ITSM/CMDB/CSM expertise, and proven leadership in multinational settings. They should have deep knowledge of CMDB governance, upgrades, integrations, and analytics, plus CSA certification.
