Sr. Manager to lead the enterprise ServiceNow development, implementation, and support teams across ITSM, CMDB, and related modules, with a focus on governance, upgrades, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across modules
- Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrations, and custom app development
- Oversee CMDB strategy and data governance
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Lead incident response and data quality initiatives

Deep ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, CMDB, CSM, SIR, and Performance Analytics; governance and data quality focus; strong automation and integrations with REST/SOAP; hybrid work model in Ann Arbor.
