About this role
IT ERP Project Manager responsible for planning, leading, and executing ERP projects across finance, supply chain, operations, HR, and other business functions, ensuring deployment, enhancement, and integration of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
- Define roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and budgets
- Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
- Lead UAT cycles, training sessions, and go-live readiness assessments
Technical Overview
Oversee configurations, workflows, data models; manage integrations via API, EDI, and middleware; ensure data migration, cleansing, cutover; support SOX, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT ERP project manager with a proven track record delivering ERP implementations in cross-functional settings, with exposure to SOX and data privacy considerations.
