About this role
People Product Manager leads the talent acquisition tech space by orchestrating Workday Recruiting and third-party tools within an Agile/SAFe framework, translating business needs into epics and features and delivering a reliable HR tech roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and refine Epics into Features, prioritizing and sequencing them on the PI Roadmap
- Accept Features and maintain Definition of Done
- Collaborate with Architects and other People to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Participate in PI planning and Inspect & Adapt events
- Lead the System Demo to evaluate working software
Technical Overview
Focus on SAFe/ART practices, epics/features/user stories, PI planning, and executive-level communication for HR technology products including Workday Recruiting, Phenom, and Hired Score.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with deep experience in talent acquisition platforms (Workday Recruiting, Phenom, Hired Score) who can translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories within a SAFe/Agile framework and communicate effectively with executives.
