Key Responsibilities

Execute processes per SOPs, gather enabling data, manage customer orders from receipt to closure including procurement; SAP/IFS contract creation, order entry, material tracking, shipping/receiving

Technical Overview

ERP/CRM systems focus with SAP and IFS; exposure to procurement lifecycle, contract administration, and audits; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of business operations experience with SAP contracts and procurement processes, exposure to SAP/IFS, and lean six sigma familiarity; comfortable working across global time zones in a hybrid model.
