About this role

Associate, Wave Closer is responsible for the on-site coordination of aging waves and inventory in a California DC, ensuring orders ship on time and stock records are accurate. The role requires PKMS and Vision proficiency, basic MS Office skills, and ability to operate pallet jacks and RF equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research aging waves and orders to meet SLAs
  • Maintain inventory records in PKMS/ Vision
  • Clear stations and locate inventory or cartons
  • Manage shortages in WMS and ensure ship complete
  • Operate pallet jacks and RF equipment

Technical Overview

Work involves inventory control within PKMS/ Vision environments, data entry, and coordinating with shipping and clearing stations to finalize shipments; familiarity with WMS concepts and material handling equipment is important.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level warehouse worker with at least 1 year of PKMS/ Vision and inventory management experience, capable of operating RF equipment and pallet jacks, and comfortable working onsite in California.
