About this role

Marathon Oil seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of the Full Stack Observability program and Unified Central Command. This role drives enterprise reliability across applications, infrastructure, and user experience, partnering with a managed service, and maturing incident management and RCA processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develops product strategy and roadmaps for Full Stack Observability and UCC
Drives cross-functional collaboration to execute releases
Prioritizes backlog and coordinates with scrum teams
Manages partner relationships and ensures alignment with business objectives
Delivers value-driven product outcomes

Technical Overview

Scope includes observability tooling (Dynatrace, Grafana), ITSM integration (ServiceNow), and cross-functional delivery of observability capabilities with Agile practices and product lifecycle management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 7+ years of observable experience in product management, expertise in observability and incident management, and a track record of leading cross-functional work with engineering, design, and finance; comfortable with remote roles and multiple locations.
