Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to define end-user device requirements
coordinates DaaS program services including subscription fee reconciliation
conducts recurring forecasts with business partners and suppliers
manages procurement, deployment, reclamation, and certification
maintains data integrity and robust security and financial management

Technical Overview

Governs IT asset lifecycle processes, leverages ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM/SAM/CMDB), and partners with suppliers to optimize cost and compliance while supporting disaster recovery planning.

The ideal candidate is an IT asset management analyst with 3-5 years of ITAM experience and ServiceNow ITAM expertise, capable of coordinating procurement and supplier activities while maintaining data integrity and security controls.
