Technical Overview

Primarily non-technical with emphasis on public health knowledge, confidentiality, and stakeholder collaboration; requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard communication tools.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a public health or social services professional with 2+ years of experience, strong SDOH knowledge, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and partners.

Must-Have Skills

At least 2 years experience in public healthsocial services or similar fieldor equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.Advanced understanding of social determinants of health (SDOH)Knowledgeable about and respectful of cultural issues on an individual member level.Strong organizational skillsability to prioritize and multitask.Ability to comply with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
