About this role
Senior GTM/Partner Development Manager for Observability at AWS; leads partner engagement, GTM programs, and co-selling efforts; coordinates across AWS, ISVs, and field teams to drive incremental revenue in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a GTM plan to help strategic technology partners transform and grow their businesses for SaaS and Cloud
- Orchestrate resources within the AWS organization to support co-selling and GTM activities
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Build regional and vertical field collaboration and ensure key joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed and closed
- Drive AWS Marketplace enablement and make AWS Marketplace the priority procurement tool for your partners
Technical Overview
Focus on observability technology and cloud-based partner solutions; expertise in AWS ecosystem, AWS Marketplace enablement, and partner enablement; strong collaboration, program management, and metrics reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior GTM/partner development leader with 5+ years in Observability/DevOps/Data & Analytics, strong AWS experience including AWS Marketplace, and proven success in co-selling with ISVs and driving joint revenue. They excel at stakeholder management, field enablement, and building scalable GTM programs across North America in a hybrid work environment.
