Mid-level Clinical Applications Analyst II responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting clinical and enterprise applications, with a focus on the Epic Beaker lab module. The role manages moderately complex projects, troubleshoots cross-domain issues, and provides 24/7 operational support while mentoring junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot software, hardware, interfaces, and databases
Perform QA and integrated testing
Provide 24/7 operational support and on-call rotations
Develops and maintains system documentation; Mentor Analyst I

Technical Overview

Epic Beaker/LIS environment with Beaker modules (A/P, Bridges, Courier). Requires LIS experience, PACS familiarity, and strong documentation/project-management capabilities. Tools include Microsoft Visio, Active Directory; on-call and on-site/hybrid responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Clinical Applications Analyst with strong Epic Beaker expertise, 5 years of Beaker/EPIC experience, and a track record of implementing and supporting laboratory information systems in a high-volume cancer center environment.
