Intake Clinician in a behavioral health setting responsible for psychiatric assessments, crisis intervention, referrals to hospital staff, and admissions coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries by telephone or in person and assesses clinical need
- Makes referrals to appropriate level of care
- Maintains daily log of intake calls and assessments
- Collaborates with hospital personnel and medical staff
- Completes admission procedures

Ideal Candidate
