About this role
Charge Nurse (RN) at BHC Alhambra Hospital coordinates and supervises nursing care for psychiatric patients, conducts assessments, delegates tasks, and ensures quality care in a 115-bed acute unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessment within eight hours of admission
- Document patient information and nursing care
- Document and reassess significant changes in patient condition
- Delegate staff assignments
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure ADL completion
