This role drives psychiatry marketing strategy and communications, including launch planning and go-to-market execution for SKYRIZI Psoriatic. The Associate Director leads professional tactics, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and oversees budget, while ensuring impactful messaging and stakeholding.

• Partner with HCP Marketing Directors to frame and communicate the marketing strategy across the IBT and to senior leadership
• Act as marketing liaison on Salesforce initiatives—communications, sales meeting coordination, Pulse Team field feedback calls, and sales training
• Build relationships with HCP Marketing leads, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Regulatory/Legal teams to maximize impact of psychiatry tactics and messaging
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across neuroscience therapeutic area with an ability to influence without authority
• Collaborate with Market Research and Analytics (MABI) and Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) on prescription data analytics to support program implementation

Scope includes launch strategy, professional marketing tactics, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision support using prescription data analytics. Involves coordinating with agency partners, MRL, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level marketing leader with 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in psychiatry, capable of shaping strategy and messaging, leading cross-functional initiatives, and leveraging prescription data analytics to drive programs.
