About this role
Executive Director, Technical Product Management will lead the Value Team responsible for Development Data Platform & Services, delivering three product lines and enabling data-driven clinical development at global scale.

Technical Overview
Leads modern data platform programs with cloud-native architectures; expertise in Databricks, Domino Data Lab, AWS, and AI/ML integration; strong focus on data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a driven executive-level product leader with 15+ years in data platform leadership within regulated pharma/R&D environments; skilled at managing platform roadmaps, ROI, and governance across global teams; adept at enabling AI/ML workloads on shared platforms.
