Senior Product Manager for Capital One Shopping growth, focusing on organic growth through SEO-driven initiatives and programmatic page enhancements. Leads cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into scalable product features, defining KPIs and owning the end-to-end roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and launch growth-focused merchant products that drive revenue and customer value
- Own day-to-day product operations and KPIs
- Write PRDs and define technical requirements
- Partner with SEO team to translate search strategies into scalable features
- Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to deliver site features
Technical Overview
Role requires deep data analysis using SQL, Python, and R; strong SEO and technical SEO knowledge including schema, structured data, SSR, and site performance optimization; writes PRDs and collaborates with design and engineering to deploy scalable features.
