About this role
Senior Billing Analyst (Correspondence) manages operational customer communications across SSE markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, governance of content, and coordination with Marketing, Legal, and vendors to align print and paperless communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, revise and maintain operational customer communications
- Own governance including content approvals, version control, and periodic audits
- Use document management system to control lifecycle of operational correspondence
- Maintain alignment between print and paperless communications
- Coordinate with Vendors, Marketing, Regulatory and Legal teams
Technical Overview
Focus on content development and document lifecycle using a document management system, with emphasis on version control, approvals, and audits; heavy emphasis on regulatory knowledge and translation/support services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior billing analyst with 5+ years of experience in consumer services or B2C, and a strong background in creating customer-facing communications. They should be proficient with document management, regulatory compliance, and cross-market governance, with familiarity in AI-enabled processes.
