Application Support Analyst for S&P Dow Jones Indices provides Level-2 production support for index data platforms, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of issues across global stakeholders.

  • Provide daily Level-2 production support for Index Data Platforms
  • Monitor and validate daily data load jobs
  • Support historical data migration activities
  • Respond to critical production incidents with immediate workarounds
  • Coordinate change management and disaster recovery with global teams

Stack includes relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), .NET and Java applications, and AWS cloud services; monitoring via Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana; ITSM/incident management via ServiceNow and PagerDuty.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level application support analyst with 3-5 years of Level-2 production support experience, strong SQL/DB skills and experience with AWS and monitoring tools; comfortable supporting financial services index platforms with global stakeholders.
