Lead development and execution of digital products within the nuclear fleet, refining product vision, managing backlogs, and coordinating development to meet operational and regulatory objectives.

- Collaborate with Nuclear Digital Transformation team to shape product vision
- Manage backlog items and prioritize features
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
- Define and evolve digital product lifecycle to align with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate daily product development activities and track milestones
Technical Overview
Bridge between technical teams and business users; refine product lifecycle; ensure regulatory compliance; leverage agile methods to evolve product strategy; nuclear domain experience required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level product manager with 5+ years in nuclear-focused product work, experience managing agile backlogs, and a Senior Reactor Operator background or equivalent experience, capable of aligning regulatory requirements with digital product strategy.
