About this role
Desktop Support Technician provides hands-on desktop and endpoint support for a hospitality client, performing IMAC tasks, handling MDMS, and ensuring end-user requests are resolved efficiently on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- monitor ticket systems and complete basic requests
- perform IMAC tasks
- provide on-site support and respond to queries
- support desktop services team with basic requests
- complete tasks as requested by supervisor
Technical Overview
Focused on Windows/macOS desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and MDM platforms (MobileIron, Jamf) with ITIL/ITSM-based incident and service management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a desktop support technician with 2+ years IT experience, adept at handling on-site desk-side support for hospitality clients, with MDM experience (MobileIron, Jamf), ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and strong communication skills.
