Investment Banking Analyst II supports execution of complex transactions in Corporate & Investment Banking, including modeling, due diligence, and client-facing materials. The role involves market research, presentation development, and collaboration with deal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly earnings materials and investor presentations
Develop investor narrative and manage investor communications
Monitor stock activity and market trends
Conduct due diligence and market research
Support deal teams with modeling and data analysis

Technical Overview

Strong modeling and valuation capabilities with proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Familiarity with Bloomberg and Capital IQ for market data and financial analysis.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level investment banking analyst with 3 years of experience in corporate finance or investor relations, strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and familiarity with Bloomberg/Capital IQ. They should be able to work onsite in Charlotte with a hybrid schedule and travel as needed.
