Investment Banking Analyst II supports execution of complex transactions in Corporate & Investment Banking, including modeling, due diligence, and client-facing materials. The role involves market research, presentation development, and collaboration with deal teams.

  • Prepare quarterly earnings materials and investor presentations
  • Develop investor narrative and manage investor communications
  • Monitor stock activity and market trends
  • Conduct due diligence and market research
  • Support deal teams with modeling and data analysis

Strong modeling and valuation capabilities with proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Familiarity with Bloomberg and Capital IQ for market data and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level investment banking analyst with 3 years of experience in corporate finance or investor relations, strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and familiarity with Bloomberg/Capital IQ. They should be able to work onsite in Charlotte with a hybrid schedule and travel as needed.
