Responsible for assisting with the management of all store employees and execution of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. This role serves as a development position to prepare the external candidate for a Store Manager role.

  • Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed
  • Order to meet in-stock targets; review ordering plan and inventory management issues
  • Facilitate staging, stocking and storage of merchandise; ensure proper merchandising and pricing
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels; control damages, markdowns, scanning, and facility controls
  • Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store
