About this role

Lead AWS Solutions Architect team to grow and support ISV customers, focusing on building, migrating, and modernizing applications on AWS, with a strong emphasis on pre-sales and customer-facing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects
Coach Architects in deep technical knowledge for ISV customers
Ensure success in building, migrating and modernizing applications on AWS
Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS
Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS Solutions Architect community

Technical Overview

Extensive cloud architecture and AWS experience; ability to drive cloud transformations, mentor architects, and craft end-to-end technology roadmaps; strong communication and leadership skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior solutions architect leader with 10+ years of enterprise IT and deep AWS/cloud experience, who can mentor a team of architects, drive cloud migrations and modernization for ISV customers, and partner with sales to deliver cloud outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of enterprise IT application work including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps2+ years architecting/operating solutions on any cloud service provider (AWSAzureGCPOCI)8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end roadmaps toward cloud computingBachelor's degreeExperience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals
