Dana's Finance Development Program (FDP) is a multi-year, 3-4 year rotational program designed to develop finance leaders by exposing new graduates to GL accounting, Internal Audit, and FP&A. It emphasizes on-the-job learning, mentorship, and relocation across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Join Finance Development Program (FDP) and rotate through three assignments
- Exposure to General Ledger Accounting, Internal Audit, or FP&A
- Develop finance capabilities under supervision and mentorship
- Relocate for plant finance and accounting rotation
- Travel as necessary
