Lead Red Team Operator responsible for cutting-edge security testing, exploit development, and penetration testing engagements in a banking environment. You will mentor junior staff, report remediation recommendations, and coordinate with security architects to strengthen defenses.

Key Responsibilities

Develop guidelines for usage/audit-readiness of resources; Analyze security requirements; Assist in evaluation/installation of security software; Identify security issues and coordinate with security architect; Document testing initiatives and remediation recommendations

Technical Overview

Offensive security focus with hands-on exploitation, red team exercises, and C2 framework usage (Cobalt Strike, Metasploit). Proficient in Windows/Linux, vulnerability discovery, and tooling like nmap, CrackMapExec, Impacket, Responder; familiarity with CISSP/GIAC/CISA/CIS certifications preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A senior red team professional with 5-7 years conducting penetration testing and red team operations, skilled in offensive security tooling (Cobalt Strike, Metasploit) across Windows and Linux, and capable of mentoring junior staff.
