This role focuses on delivering a positive shopping experience for Ross Stores customers. It involves greeting customers, maintaining clean and organized stores, merchandising, and adhering to MOS and loss prevention standards.

• Greet customers and provide courteous service
• Maintain clean, organized store and merchandise presentation
• Assist customers with merchandise and questions; register-trained
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention guidelines
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit/debit with care

The ideal candidate is an entry-level retail associate with strong customer service skills, able to greet customers and handle basic transactions. They should be comfortable working on-site in Alamogordo, NM, and follow loss prevention and MOS guidelines while maintaining merchandise presentation.
