About this role

Part-time Thrift Plan Analyst supports Marathon Petroleum Thrift Plan administration and related initiatives, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and smooth audit processes across internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as subject matter expert for the Thrift Plan
  • Ensures the Thrift Plan is administered in compliance with provisions, regulations and laws
  • Reconciles contributions and loan payments
  • Monitors IRS contribution limits and communicates to employees
  • Collaborates with Accounting to prepare Thrift Plan financial statements and provide documentation to auditors

Technical Overview

Proficient in Workday HRIS with data reporting and analysis; supports plan administration and regulatory compliance; collaborates with accounting and external auditors.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a part-time Thrift Plan analyst with 2+ years HR/Total Rewards experience, proficient in Workday HRIS, capable of plan administration, reporting, and audits.

Must-Have Skills
