Senior Product Designer at Target’s Emerging Experiences focuses on shaping future guest experiences through interactive prototypes and visual storytelling; leads cross-functional efforts and mentors junior designers.

• Participate in cross-functional design sprints to explore new guest experiences and technologies
• Contribute to the development of future-state journeys and conceptual models through product design, prototyping and visual storytelling
• Effectively facilitate multiple cross functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teams
• Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase - such as wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes
• Guide design process and mentor junior designers

Proficiency with Figma, Principle, Framer, Cursor, Lovable; emphasis on prototyping, wireframes, information architecture, accessibility; works in hybrid/remote settings with collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate is a senior product designer with 4+ years of UX experience, strong prototyping and design-sprint skills, and a portfolio demonstrating inclusive, human-centered design across hybrid work environments.
