Store Manager Candidate responsible for supporting store operations, staffing, inventory, and merchandising. This role is a development track toward Store Manager, with a focus on cashier controls, inventory accuracy, and customer service leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; provide proper training and evaluations; manage inventory and in-stock targets; maintain cash handling and deposit controls; complete all paperwork and documentation
