About this role

Executive leader responsible for setting and executing the enterprise ERP strategy (SAP & AS/400) to enable growth, efficiency, and high-quality decision support. Oversees ERP platforms, data, and processes with governance, security, and program delivery across SAP programs and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Define ERP strategy and multi-year roadmap
Oversee SAP and AS/400 architecture, integrations, and data design
Develop reliable ERP solutions via ABAP and RPG leadership
Direct major SAP programs and releases (S/4HANA updates, templates)
Establish ERP governance, standards, and controls

Technical Overview

Directs SAP/S4HANA and AS/400 architecture, data design, and integrations; coordinates ABAP and RPG development; drives ERP governance, data quality, and security requirements; partners with Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, and Commercial to deliver measurable ERP value.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an executive ERP leader with deep SAP/AS-400 experience, capable of shaping a multi-year ERP roadmap, and driving global SAP programs with governance and data quality at the forefront.
