- Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance programs

- Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes electrical/mechanical systems, CMMS usage, RCA and CI initiatives, budgeting, and capital planning. Requires experience with MHE and automated conveyors, and familiarity with electrical schematic concepts.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned maintenance manager with 5+ years of industrial experience, strong CMMS proficiency, and a proven track record in budgeting, RCA, and CI. They should be capable of leading cross-site teams, balancing safety and performance, and coordinating with operations and safety leadership.
