Broadcom is seeking a regional Kubernetes Platform Tech Manager to lead Application Engineering for vSphere Kubernetes Service (vKS) in the EMEA region, driving adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation as the standard Kubernetes platform for private cloud. The role combines hands-on technical credibility with strategic leadership to scale vKS and deliver tangible outcomes.

Technical Overview
Leader of solution architecture across container-based apps, infrastructure, and DevOps; expertise in Kubernetes and leading platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) with YAML scripting; deep knowledge of vKS/VCF and cloud-native architectures; operates with cross-functional teams and partners to drive presales, validation, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is an senior cloud infrastructure leader with 10+ years building and scaling Kubernetes platforms in large, regulated enterprises, and with strong executive engagement across EMEA. They should demonstrate advanced experience with vSphere Kubernetes Service, VMware Cloud Foundation, and multi-cloud Kubernetes management, plus proven people leadership across regional teams.
