About this role
Senior Sr IT Apps Analyst responsible for developing and managing business systems in support of manufacturing operations. Elicits requirements, translates them into functional specs, designs solutions, and oversees end-to-end IT project delivery including testing and user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead gathering of business needs for large-scale IT projects
- Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications
- Lead the design of solutions for large-scale projects
- Collaborate with business and IT for deployment
- Develop test scripts/plans and validate solutions against requirements
Technical Overview
Focus on enterprise IT applications, desktop and server environments, and ITIL/SDLC processes; experience with Jira, ServiceNow, vSphere, Jenkins; strong documentation and testing capabilities; on-site support.

The ideal candidate is a senior IT Apps Analyst with 5+ years of enterprise IT experience, capable of eliciting business needs, designing scalable solutions, and leading IT projects in a manufacturing setting.
