Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end DM delivery
Serve as primary client contact for DM deliverables
Lead customer negotiations on timelines and resources
Train and mentor junior DTL staff
Sign-off on all DMP documents

Focus on DM processes, regulatory compliance (GCP), and governance of data management plans; leadership of cross-functional teams in a clinical trial setting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced data management leader with 7+ years of DM experience and 5+ years as a CDM lead, capable of delivering global clinical trials. They should excel in client management, negotiations, and cross-functional leadership while ensuring GCP compliance and high-quality DM output.
