About this role
The INVEST Program is a 6-month, fully remote, paid training track designed for recent graduates to gain exposure to claims management and client service in Gallagher Bassett.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learning and virtual classroom sessions
- Shadow and practice in a simulated claims environment
- Complete milestones and licensing studies
- Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams
- Support claims management with data and documentation
Technical Overview
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and basic data/document processing; emphasis on learning regulatory requirements and claims workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional selected for Gallagher’s INVEST program, remotely training in claims handling with emphasis on licensing, data entry, and client support.
