Data Center Technician supporting AWS data centers with hardware repair, rack installations, and network troubleshooting in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix on components, troubleshooting network issues, responding to incidents, contributing to documentation and process improvement, helping to onboard new team members
Technical Overview
Hardware break-fix, server rack installs, network troubleshooting, on-call duties, document processes, and train new team members; travel between data centers as needed.
Ideal Candidate
An entry-level data center technician with 1+ year hardware and networking exposure, able to travel between data centers, work flexible shifts, and document processes.
