About this role
Asset Protection Investigations & Training Analyst at Dollar Tree supports the AP team by analyzing processes, delivering data-driven recommendations, and developing training and SOPs. The role involves internal investigations review, reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Asset Protection business owners in investigations/training space
- Perform internal case reviews ensuring proper documentation and guidelines
- Provide timely feedback with insights to AP partners on exceptions
- Build dashboards and analytics around KPIs
- Conduct training needs assessments and SOP development
Technical Overview
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI to build dashboards and analyze KPIs; use Word and PowerPoint for narratives and reporting; collaborate with HR, Operations, IT for case management systems; focus on automation and process improvement.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level business analyst or similar role with 0-2 years of experience, proficient in Excel and Power BI, capable of building dashboards and analyzing KPIs to support asset protection decisions; strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
