Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of innovative AI solutions
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product designers, and product leaders
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops for stakeholder alignment
- Develop metrics plans to measure user behavior and optimize product experience
- Communicate customer insights to inform product adoption
Technical Overview
Proven experience designing GenAI-enabled products, strong Figma skills, and ability to translate research into product features; familiarity with agile at scale and measurement frameworks.

The ideal candidate is a senior GenAI product design strategist with 5+ years designing data-driven digital products, proficient in Figma, and capable of leading discovery, workshops, and measurement frameworks with senior stakeholders.
