About this role
Product Manager for Commercial Systems and Tools leads the product management of all Sales technology platforms supporting Revenue teams, focusing on platform optimizations, data quality, and adoption. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, and Operations to deploy prioritized initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tactical roadmaps for global sales technology ecosystem
- Become in-house expert for Revenue Technology
- Coordinate deployment of prioritized sales technology initiatives
- Manage system integrations, data quality, environment management, and releases
- Develop usage and adoption reporting; support license monitoring and vendor performance
Technical Overview
Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft), BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and data reporting; manages system integrations, environment management, and release activities; emphasizes change management and training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or technology operations, skilled in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft) and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and capable of driving adoption in a global Revenue Tech ecosystem.
