Experience with campus recruiting, employer branding, and EEO/AA compliance; uses MS Office, HRIS and ATS systems to track and hire.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level talent acquisition professional with 6-8 years of experience, strong university relations and campus recruiting expertise, plus 1-3 years of management experience, capable of building diverse early-career pipelines and university partnerships.
