Technical Overview

The ideal candidate is a lead Configuration Management professional with over 8 years of ServiceNow and ITSM experience, including 5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow CMDB and related modules. They have strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills and preferably hold ServiceNow certifications.
